Am I Guaranteed to Receive My Package?

Yes! Canada Post does make mistakes and we will always correct them. If your tracking says ‘Delivered’ but you have not received your package you will need to open a ticket with Canada Post. As long as the tracking does not say ‘Delivered’ and you have not received it we will send you out a replacement package immediately!

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

If your product is defective or simply not up to your standards we do offer store credit. You will be emailed a shipping label which you will need to print and send the package back to us. Once we receive the first tracking update we will send off your replacement package.

The products inside my package were not what i ordered

We apologize for this mixup, it does happen from time to time. If you were sent the wrong order please contact us via Contact Form or give us a call at (778) 401-0178 and we will take care of it immediately for you!

Am i going to get into trouble for ordering Medical Cannabis Online?

Yes! At Terra Cannabis we provide step by step updates from the second we accept your payment to the moment it is delivered at your house. You will get text updates and emails the whole way!
